شرح موقعیت شغلی

REQUREMENTS:

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in law with experience of at least 5-6 years preferably in an e-commerce/tech startup.

* Prior experience at law firms with commercial contract review.

* Take ownership and handles the assigned tasks and responsibilities.

* Provide advice, counsel, and support on legal issues related to a wide range of transactions.

* Good written and verbal communication in English

* Skillful in negotiation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partnering with business to negotiate, draft, review, and finalize various contracts for the Company's business transactions and functional departments, especially related to Corporate, Vendors, Suppliers, Partnership.

* Working with business to evaluate new initiatives and launches from a legal standpoint.

* Understanding the laws applicable to us and ensuring the company complies with them.

* Analyzing and proposing solutions to complex business problems from a legal perspective.

* Drafting and overseeing the implementation of internal policies and procedures.

* Along with the legal team, effectively contributing to the legal function and assisting with other tasks.

* Handling and managing any litigation, legal notices, or dispute settlement cases such as contract disputes and product liability, and liaising with external counsel who represents the company in the litigation process (if any).
