We are looking for a passionate, curious, and proactive Data Scientist to join our team and help transform complex data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to build scalable analytical solutions, develop predictive models, and uncover growth opportunities through data.

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end data science solutions to support business and product decision-making.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
Design, build, and optimize machine learning models, statistical models, and analytical pipelines using SQL, Python, and/or R.
Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and prioritize data-driven opportunities.
Validate model performance, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across analytical and production environments.
Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytical tools to communicate insights and model outputs effectively.
Contribute to KPI definitions, experimentation frameworks, and data model development.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through analytics and machine learning.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development.
Hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning or statistical models in production or business environments.
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and production-grade analytics environments.
Experience building dashboards and visualization solutions using BI tools or analytical frameworks.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business impact and actionable recommendations.
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or logistics is a plus.
