As a fast-growing e-commerce company, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences. We are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Manager to work in our Commercial team. Your role in the business is to be responsible for managing, testing, implementing, and improving the performance of conversion points within the Commercial funnel.
Responsibilities:
Within the Commercial funnel, you are required to manage all key conversion points
Manage and optimize digital assets such as landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generation forms
Continually look for improvements through A/B testing reviewing the performance of CTAs
Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, and social media, to optimize each conversion path
Optimize the businesses marketing’s conversion paths
Work to increase conversion rates and drive marketing qualified leads to help the business drive revenue
Mapping data with Funnel
Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Increase funnel Commercial efficiencies
Requirements
Likely 3-5 years of experience in a Conversion Rate Optimization role or similar
Likely degree educated to BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Experience with digital analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
Proficient in using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
Good time-management skills
Analyzing and visualizing data
Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
