Overview :

As a fast-growing E-commerce, Snapp Grocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to Designing and improve a new automated reporting system. A motivated Business Data Analyst, with Management and Data educational backgrounds, who is passionate about the combination of data and business, extracting valuable insights for making better decisions

Responsibilities

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the Executive Director
Communicate key insights and findings to team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Designing a new automated reporting system
Audit and report project process implementation
Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
Strong understanding of business goals and Business standards
Identifying ways to improve customer experiences
Skill in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree (Business / Commerce)
+2– 3 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role
Familiar with project management methods
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with professional experience with Excel/SQL/MySQL/Python
ability to handle data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop tools, and evaluate outcomes
problem-solving and time-management skills
Detail-oriented
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools
Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems in order to invent, simplify, and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel
