As a fast-growing E-commerce, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, As an Operations Program Manager at our Q-commerce company, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of operational programs and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, drive process improvements, and optimize the performance of our warehouses and stores. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage operational programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.
Collaborate with operations teams, blue-collar workers, and operations managers to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop program plans.
Monitor and track program progress, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones and objectives.
Implement project management best practices, including defining project scopes, creating timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, product teams, finance, and senior management.
Conduct regular site visits to warehouses and stores to assess operations, identify challenges, and propose solutions for improvement.
Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and optimizations.
Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the product team to translate operational requirements into product features and enhancements for the operational app.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Prepare and present regular program status updates, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science va Computer Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in operations management, program management, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and warehouse/store operations.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to define project scopes, develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization initiatives.
Experience in working with operational apps, software systems, or technology-driven solutions is a plus.
Knowledge of q-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies is advantageous.
