We are looking for a new teammate as a Product Manager with a good understanding of product management tools and techniques and Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operational tools and background services.
Responsibilities Analyze business requirements to identify problems, help provide solutions and track development to ensure release and delivery of features. Define product roadmap in line with strategic business goals and plans. Drive product launches include working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. Communicate efficiently with business, a wider team of developers, QA testers, product managers and product designers. Groom and prioritise backlog. Benchmark similar businesses and keep up to date with trends that could potentially be applied to our business. Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
Requirements +2 years proven work experience in product management. Strong understanding of agile methodology. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. SQL knowledge is preferred. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation. Team spirit and good communication abilities. Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment which requires taking initiative and applying analytical thinking.
