شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a fast-growing e-commerce company, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences. You will play an essential role in creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. This job is for you if you’re interested in analytical and excellent communication.  

  

Responsibilities 

  • Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth by participating in meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.
  • Generates metrics and drafts and reviews reports in assigned functional business areas to inform decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
  • Analyses and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
  • Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools), and also maintain and support data analytics platforms.
  • Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and support by documenting risks, issues and action items.
  • Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
  • Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
  • Implements policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy. 
 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist.
  • Advanced in SQL optimization and MDX queries.
  • Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining.
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing and …framework.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI), Paginated Reports and ad-hoc reporting tools.
  • Partnering with IT leads / project managers and business support resources as part of the overall program team.
  • Proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their business and operations requirements and technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Possesses excellent critical thinking skills and a flexible approach to problem solving.
  • Highly adaptable to changing environments and priorities.
