شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Reviewing and advising on a variety of contracts and agreements.
Assisting with the audit process and communicating with the audit team.
Preparing various kinds of resolutions.
Reporting on laws and regulations and assisting the legal head of the company on a wide range of legal issues.
Ability to understand and respond effectively to clients' needs.
Ability to work within deadlines and be result-driven.
Ability to draft and review various forms of bilingual legal documents.
Knowledge of regulatory environments and assisting with legal due diligence of potential partners or investors.
Ability to handle a considerable amount of paperwork, emails, follow-ups, and required correspondences with
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
More than 2 years of experience exactly in the capital market.
working experience in startup industry is a plus
Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
Excellent attention to details.
Advanced negotiation skills and awareness of cultural differences.
