We're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Content Specialist to join our team at Snapp Grocery. If you have a knack for crafting compelling content that drives engagement and conversions, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our platform and revolutionize the way people experience online grocery shopping.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and persuasive content for various channels, including blog articles, social media posts, and campaign communications.
Conduct online surveys and Comprehend research to understand industry trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics and utilize insights to create relevant and valuable content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand product features and benefits, and translate complex information into easily digestible content.
Proofread and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all content produced.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
Actively contribute to content planning, including brainstorming ideas, developing content calendars, and scheduling posts.
Monitor social media metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Proactively manage and grow our social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and inquiries, and fostering meaningful conversations.

Requirements:

Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years as a Content Specialist, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or food delivery industry.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and familiarity with writing for different platforms and audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling platforms.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
