شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview:

As a fast-growing E-commerce, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for a competent Field logistics specialist to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:



  • Store Visits in Tehran & Karaj for MDS & Hyper star Vendors
  • Checking Biker Wait for validity and in-store performance related to the last mile KPIs
  • Monitor Dispatch situations and limitations in all types of vendors
  • Management of logistical issues with customer service, service providers, delivery sites, and other concerned parties.
  • Manual works for a new project
  • Work with logistics, accounting, 3PL, and other functions within the business.
  • Keep records of orders, dispatch
  • Field monitoring
  • Tracking BWB & … Bikes
  • Monitoring delivery KPI
  • Track delivery status to meet the deadlines and prepare order status reports.
  • Solve problems with logistic services.
  •  Prepare reports for the logistic manager

 

Requirements:


  •     Experience in customer support and service, logistics
  •     Bachelor’s degree 
  •     Proficiency in MS Office
  •     Ability to multi-task, problem-solve work under pressure, and meet required deadlines
  •     Able to manage critical situations
  •     Ready for traveling to non-Tehran
