Over view:
As a fast-growing E-commerce, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for an Operations Project Coordinator, or Special Projects Coordinator to support the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects. Their main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in meetings, and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.
Responsibilities:
A professional Project Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers, team leads, and operations managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. Project managers perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk management. The following are additional duties and responsibilities that a project coordinator should be able to do:
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Prepare analytical and informative reports based on stakeholders' demands
•Monitor, and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Coordinate project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements:
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to use necessary software (Excel, Word, Jira)
Ability to analyze and synthesize information
Strong project management ability
Ability to understand and deal with political issues in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience working in a startup company
Experience with standard PM tools and templates is preferred
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring
projects proceed efficiently and effectively
