Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic People Experience Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to managing campaigns, crafting compelling content for internal and external platforms, coordinating career events, and contributing to internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling content for internal and external platforms, showcasing our culture and values.
Develop, track and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.
Maintain and develop the Group’s career pages and corporate pages on online platforms.
Build and nurture communities (Brand Ambassadors) within the organization.
Support the Talent Acquisition Team on other sourcing and recruitment-related tasks, as and when required.
Measure, monitor and report the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives and use data to continuously improve our strategies.
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Events, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years previous experience in similar positions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
Knowledge of creative content production and merchandise production processes.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to measure the effectiveness of our related initiatives.
