شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team and drive advanced analytics, Visualization, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is fluent in SQL Server, and Power BI, and proficient in Python and R, with a strong background in data analytics and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate insights and support business decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
Execute data analysis and statistical modeling using Python and R when needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Expertise in SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, database management).
Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and automation.
Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Familiarity with data governance, ETL processes, and automation tools is a plus.
