Overview:
HR Development Specialist focuses on organizational development and change management, aiming to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver organizational development and change management strategies, processes, and interventions.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and opportunities.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and other interactive sessions.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to align development initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make necessary adjustments.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on best practices in organizational development.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, adult learning theories, and talent development strategies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
