Job Summary


We are looking for a new teammate as a Senior Product Manager in the customer tribe. You will define, develop, and manage our product roadmap. Working closely with technical and business teams, you will ensure successful execution and delivery of our product initiatives.



Responsibilities:


·       Lead product roadmap development aligned with strategic goals.
·       Conduct market research and drive product innovation.


·       Communicate efficiently with the business stakeholders, a wider team of developers, QA team, product managers, and product designers to gather insights and ensure effective features implementation.


·       Analyze business requirements to identify problems and help provide solutions.


·       Prioritize and groom backlog items.


·       Analyze metrics, feedback, and trends for data-based decision making.


·       Resolve any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.


·       Stay updated on industry trends, benchmark similar businesses and identify potential initiatives and collaborations.



Requirements:


·       4+ years of Product Management experience in Q-Commerce or e-commerce.


·       Strong knowledge and understanding of product management principles, and best practices.


·       Experience in successfully defining and executing product roadmaps in an agile environment.


·       Ability to analyze data, visualize insights, and make data-driven decisions.


·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

·       A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and providing innovative solutions to customer needs.


·       Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as JIRA.
