شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist with a strong background in marketing to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing marketing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:

-Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and budget.

-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

 

Execution and Monitoring:

-Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

-Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and adjust plans as necessary.

-Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies and branding guidelines.

 

Communication and Reporting:

-Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.

-Provide regular updates to senior management and other relevant parties.

-Prepare and present project reports and post-campaign analyses.


Quality Assurance:

-Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

-Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

 

Requirements:

-achelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
