شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Merchandise Specialist, he/she will be a key player in our merchandising team, responsible for curating and optimizing our product assortment. His/her role involves effective collaboration with suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring the availability of a diverse and high-quality product range. Leveraging his/her analytical skills and market insights, he/she will contribute to the strategic planning of product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. This position requires a keen understanding of market trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

Supplier Collaboration:

.Collaborate with suppliers to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
. Maintain open communication channels with suppliers to address issues and explore new opportunities.

Product Assortment Planning:

.Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product assortments that align with market trends and customer preferences.

. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine and enhance assortment strategies.

Negotiation and Cost Analysis:

.Negotiate terms, pricing, and discounts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitive pricing.

.Conduct cost analyses for products to identify margin improvement opportunities.

Inventory Management:

.Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.

.Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment and efficient order fulfillment.

Quality Assurance:

.Work with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards for all products, addressing quality issues promptly.

.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Promotional Planning:

.Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

.Leverage promotions to optimize revenue and align with overall business objectives.

Market Research and Trends:

.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.

.Utilize market research to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.

Analytics and Reporting:

.Utilize data analytics tools to analyze product performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for continuous improvement.
