Overview:
Join our team as a Field Recruitment and Performance Supervisor, where you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with the operations team to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.
Collaborate with the operations team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Manage and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations and e-commerce companies.
Sales experience will be an extra point.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
