Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive recruitment, enhance employee performance, and ensure compliance across multiple branches. In this role, you'll manage hiring strategies, mentor teams, solve operational challenges, and travel city-wide to oversee recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment and performance team
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Monitor and enhance the performance of employees through structured evaluation and feedback
Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Provide training and mentorship to team members
Solve operational challenges related to recruitment and employee performance
Travel to different branches across the city to oversee operations and recruitment processes
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in performance management, recruitment, and acquisition
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
Advanced knowledge of compliance and policy adherence
Familiarity with labor laws and payroll processes
Critical thinking and process design experience
Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis
Ability to travel frequently to branches across the city
