The Field Recruitment and Performance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and performance management within a specific field of operations. This role involves identifying, attracting, and retaining candidates while also ensuring that performance standards are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
The Field Recruitment and Performance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and performance management within a specific field of operations. Responsibilities:
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
