Working outside of office for onboarding new stores.
Control POS and vendor performance.
Finding store problems to working with POS and fixing them.
Monitor store orders and try to increase orders.
Returning churn customers.
Keep close contact with stores at every stage and respond to their problem via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
To facilitate the integration process between stores and Asanas technical team.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure vendors issues are resolved.
To receive vendors feedback and insights and share it with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
