شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Working outside of office for onboarding new stores.
  • Control POS and vendor performance.
  • Finding store problems to working with POS and fixing them.
  • Monitor store orders and try to increase orders.
  • Returning churn customers.
  • Keep close contact with stores at every stage and respond to their problem via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
  • To facilitate the integration process between stores and Asanas technical team.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure vendors issues are resolved.
  • To receive vendors feedback and insights and share it with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
