شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Managing and maintaining customer accounts and establishing ongoing communication to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.

Software Installation: Collaborating with the software installation team to efficiently and swiftly install and configure software applications for customers.

Software Training: Providing relevant software training to customers and ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Technical Consultation: Offering technical guidance to customers on optimizing software usage and addressing technical issues.

Customer Needs Analysis: Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable software and modules based on their needs.

Project Management: Overseeing projects related to software installation and training, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving technical and operational issues for customers and working closely with technical teams for issue resolution.

Reporting: Recording activity details, progress, and preparing reports related to accounts and projects.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Sufficient technical knowledge of POS and technical training.

Experience in customer account management and satisfaction assurance.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Project management and time management skills.

Problem-solving and technical issue resolution abilities.
