Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented person responsible for managing and improving key commercial KPIs across our stores. This role focuses on ensuring a wide variety of products, maintaining the availability of index items, and optimizing store performance through diligent tracking, communication, and analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Variety and Availability Management:
Ensure a diverse range of products is consistently available in stores.
Monitor and manage the availability of high-priority index items to meet customer demand.
Store Performance Tracking:
Regularly track and evaluate store performance scores.
Communicate with store teams to address performance gaps and drive improvements.
Content Gap Analysis:
Identify and follow up on content gaps for high-rotation items to ensure they are available for customers.
Operational Activity Monitoring:
Observe and track store operations, focusing on the accuracy and efficiency of scanning processes.
Validate data from dashboards and reports to ensure operational activities align with commercial objectives.
KPI and Dashboard Tracking:
Regularly track key commercial KPIs using available dashboards.
Validate data accuracy and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Utilization Tracking:
Monitor the utilization of items in stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels and reducing waste.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a sales or retail role, with experience in KPI management.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to visit stores regularly for performance assessments and audits.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
