شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Business Data Analyst who will strategically analyze data, detect emerging trends, and deliver actionable insights. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to boost customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and enhance overall business performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Trend Identification: 
    • Dive deep into customer data, including surveys, transaction records, and feedback. 
    • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. 
    • Translate data findings into actionable insights. 
  2. Actionable Insights: 
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. 
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance customer experiences. 
    • Influence decision-making processes across the organization. 
  3. Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: 
    • Understand customer pain points, preferences, and expectations. 
    • Analyze sentiment data, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and other relevant metrics. 
    • Propose strategies to elevate customer satisfaction levels. 
  4. Operational Efficiency Improvements: 
    • Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and systems. 
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. 
    • Recommend streamlined processes, automation opportunities, and resource allocation adjustments. 
  5. Business Performance Monitoring: 
    • Track KPIs related to customer experience (e.g., customer lifetime value, churn rates). 
    • Create performance dashboards and reports. 
    • Communicate progress and areas for improvement to stakeholders. 
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in customer experience analytics or related roles is a plus.
