We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Line Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance market presence, manage partnerships, and oversee financial planning for our grocery POS application. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze business data to make informed strategic decisions and provide actionable insights.
Drive user acquisition, and engagement through innovative growth strategies.
Monitor key growth metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify and build partnerships that can drive user growth and enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
Prepare detailed business plans and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies to enter new markets and increase market share.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead sales and marketing and CS teams to achieve set goals.
Create and execute effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
Evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B or POS industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to think critically and strategically.
Proficient in using business analysis, growth marketing, and financial planning tools and software.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
Experience in partnership management, business development, and market expansion.
