We are looking for a skilled Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Atlassian tools, ensuring seamless workflows and integrations across teams. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Jira, automating processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian tools to support business and technical teams.
Workflow Management: Design, configure, and maintain Jira workflows, custom fields, screens, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
Integrations: Set up and manage integrations between Jira and other tools like Confluence, Slack, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
Customization: Create and maintain custom dashboards, filters, and reports tailored to team requirements.
User Management: Add, modify, and deactivate users and groups while maintaining permissions and security settings.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for Jira-related issues, investigate problems, and implement solutions promptly.
Automation: Develop and maintain automation rules using tools like Automation for Jira or scripting with Groovy (e.g., ScriptRunner).
Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices for Jira usage, including naming conventions, workflows, and project configurations.
Upgrades and Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.
Training and Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to help teams use Jira effectively.
