We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support our data team in deriving actionable insights from large, complex datasets. This role will involve applying advanced data analysis techniques and leading projects to develop and implement AI, machine learning, and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in technical data science methods but also have exceptional communication and people management skills to guide and mentor a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret large volumes of raw data to provide actionable insights and guide decision-making.
Design, build, and implement AI models, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
Lead the development and deployment of simulations and predictive models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data-driven solutions.
Independently research, test, and deploy emerging data science technologies.
Manage, mentor, and support junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Communicate complex technical results and strategies effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
Monitor model performance and iterate on improvements to ensure continuous optimization.
Provide clear, concise, and accurate reporting on findings, insights, and recommendations.
Contribute to building a knowledge-sharing culture within the team, encouraging learning and growth

Qualifications:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or related quantitative field is preferred.
Strong experience in data analysis, including the use of statistical methods, machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms.
Proven ability to build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
Expertise in using statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data manipulation tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
Deep knowledge of various Data Science disciplines, including descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, optimization, neural networks, and statistical models.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, helping them grow their skills and improve their performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies, with a passion for staying at the forefront of data science innovations.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in managing or leading a data science team.
Experience in the business application of data science models (e.g., marketing, finance, operations)
