Responsibilities:
-Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
-Developing and implementing data analysis tools and techniques to support business decision-making.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
-Communicating complex data analysis findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
-Creating compelling visualizations and stories to communicate insights and recommendations.
-Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data analysis efforts.
-Refining processes and setting up automation to improve efficiency.
-Solving problems and providing solutions to complex data-related issues.
-Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
Skills:
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
-Experience with programming languages such as Python and R. (R is preferred)
-Familiar with SQL & MySQL databases.
-Advanced in Reading & Writing English.
-Strong presentation and written communication skills, especially in data visualization and storytelling.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, preferably in FMCG or other retail industry.
