شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a fast-growing e-commerce company, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences. You will play an essential role in creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. This job is for you if you are interested in analytical and excellent communication.  

Responsibilities:

  • Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about requirements and future growth by participating in planning meetings for support the business projects and objectives.
  • Generate metrics, drafts and review reports in the functional business areas to assist decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
  • Provide Analytical reports (Financial, Headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
  • Design, develop and deploy BI solutions and supportive maintain of data analytics platforms.
  • Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
  • Implements policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy. 
  • Responsibility in projects deadlines and documentation.
Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist.
  • Proficiency in gathering data from different sources and ETL tools.
  • Advanced in SQL optimization and MDX/DAX queries.
  • Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining.
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing and framework.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI), Paginated Reports and ad-hoc reporting tools.
  • Partnering with IT leads / project managers and business support resources as part of the overall program team.
  • Proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their business and operations requirements and technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Possesses excellent critical thinking skills and a flexible approach to problem solving.
  • Highly adaptable to changing environments and priorities.
