Position Overview:
SnappMarket Pro is eagerly seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a CRM Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our company's relationship with its customers, crafting an engaging and delightful experience. Working within our dynamic environment, you will use your expertise in customer relationship management to implement strategies that retain customer loyalty and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor discount codes tailored to our customer needs, enhancing their shopping experience and loyalty.
- Manage the distribution of discount codes and other promotional materials via SMS, evaluating the effectiveness of these campaigns and making necessary adjustments.
- Proactively engage with customers through phone calls to collect feedback on their experiences, using insights to drive improvements.
- Regularly review the website's homepage for accuracy, relevance, overall appeal, and alignment with our brand standards, ensuring a welcoming and user-friendly online presence.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer relations or related fields.
- Proficient in CRM software and tools, capable of leveraging technology to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, enabling effective tracking and analysis of CRM plans and outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with customers and team members.
