شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Snappbox, a sub-brand of Iran Internet Group, is looking for a talented hands-on Product Design Manager to join our team, where you'll be leading the ways our consumers use the products across multiple platforms. You have 4+ years of experience as a Design leader and amazing portfolio to back it up

You are extremely detail-oriented, organized and willing to push your team with their creative and constructive solutions. You must possess strong communication skills and keen design judgment, be comfortable leading in a team environment, and have experience in overseeing and giving direction to the other members of your team. You can sell your ideas to the internal clients, because you are a presenting champ

You will collaborate with designers, user researchers, product managers, development and data analytics teams to design tools and experiences to help our consumers shop more seamlessly and efficiently

On a typical day, you’ll give feedback in design critiques, coach your team through challenges, make strategic decisions with your peers in Product and Engineering, and interview candidates to join our team

:Requirements

4+ years of experience in UI/UX and Product Design

You have had designed and shipped best-in-class experiences for web, iOS, and Android

Driven, efficient, collaborative product mindset

A leader who can oversee & lead multiple projects simultaneously

Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a grasp of visual design principles and vibrant creativity

Deep understanding of the latest design trends, processes and practices

Effectively communicate design thinking and output

Shape and communicate a compelling long-term design strategy and vision

Lead the design process for your team—from problem definition to design implementation

Partner with product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure projects are well-defined, high impact, and successfully executed and marketed

Guide products towards solutions that are unquestionably simple, intuitive, and “just work” for our users

Ensure a cohesive user experience across all products

Manage and coach the team of designers with different skills

Grow the design team by attracting and hiring new talent
