Overview:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the logistics industry?

We're seeking a Senior Operations Expert to enhance our delivery services. This role involves optimizing logistics operations and performing data analysis using SQL and Python. Join us and be a part of our innovative journey to transform delivery services!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
Actively engage in project meetings, suggesting improvements as needed.
Monitor, assess, and address potential problems and technical issues, devising effective solutions.
Manage project communications by preparing and reviewing reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and emails.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
Monitor key growth metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

+2 years of experience in related position
Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel required; Python and SQL are a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in the English language.
