Responsibilities:
- Internal Network Maintenance:
1-Proactively monitor and manage the internal network to ensure its stability, reliability, and security.
2-Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Equipment Repairs and Maintenance:
1-Undertake repairs and maintenance of personnel devices, particularly laptops, to guarantee their optimal functionality.
2-Collaborate with relevant departments to address hardware and network-related concerns.
3-Conduct regular checks and preventative maintenance on equipment to extend their lifespan.
Requirements:
1-Familiar with Monitoring Solutions and Backup Solutions
2-Proficiency in Network+, CCNA, MSCA, VMware
3-Familiar with Microsoft Exchange
