SnappBox is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you will analyse operational data, perform statistical analysis, and build dashboards that help improve efficiency and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to translate data into actionable insights and support process improvements across operations. This role is ideal for someone curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse operational data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Perform statistical tests and basic predictive analysis to validate insights and support data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational visibility.
Develop Python scripts or simple automation to reduce manual reporting tasks.
Write and optimise SQL queries (ClickHouse / MySQL) to extract, clean, and structure data.
Track and report KPIs to monitor performance and resource utilisation.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support process improvement projects and ad-hoc analysis to help teams optimise workflows.

Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in:
- SQL (ClickHouse)
- Power BI (dashboards & visualisation)
- Python (data processing & basic automation)
Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
Ability to simplify complex data into actionable recommendations.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide 24/7 availability for urgent issues.
