In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive operational efficiency.
Utilise data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
Develop and implement QC processes to ensure delivery and logistics operations meet the company's quality standards.
Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., operations, logistics, product, customer support) to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Developing and maintaining SOPs for all logistics and delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Documentation and keeping detailed records of QC actions, inspection results, and corrective measures.
Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
Regularly reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of QC measures and making necessary adjustments.
Providing training programs for QC processes, best practices, and the importance of quality in delivery operations.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics in one of the fields: operations, logistics, supply chain management, and business analytics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
Familiarity with QC methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc and Knowledge of quality management systems and tools like control charts, histograms, etc
Project management skills to coordinate and manage QC initiatives and data projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Persian and English.
