شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

Lead the full procurement process: supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and payment terms.
Build effective supplier relationships and maintain communication.
Identify and onboard new suppliers while maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to prevent shortages or overstock.
Develop pricing strategies and work closely with the sales team to expand market share.
Prepare and present sales and financial reports to support data-driven decisions.
Research and analyze data and market insights.
Search for insights into consumer needs and wants.
Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities.
Strategize the positioning of a product category to maximize its visibility.
Manage and track the budget.
Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories.
Work with customers and merchandisers, and find new ways of expanding product categories.
Calculate forecasts for product demand trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management (preferably in food or FMCG industries)
Solid financial acumen (cost analysis, margin calculation, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Commercial mindset, results-oriented, and eager to learn
Nice to have: Previous experience in the B2B food supply or restaurant sector
