Job Description

The Product Management Specialist is responsible for driving the execution of product development plans and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. This role requires translating market needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. The Product Management Specialist plays a key role in aligning product features with customer needs and ensuring the product meets performance targets.

·         Defining product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and business needs.

·         Managing the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

·         Managing trade-offs between user experience, technical feasibility, and business needs.

·         Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics 

·         Monitoring product performance and generating reports for the product team.

·         Implementing Agile development, such as: including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·         Creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs) and roadmaps.

·         Coordinating product launches and ensuring effective communication across departments.

·         Navigating ambiguous environments and aligning multiple stakeholders with varying interests and perspectives, including the tech team.

·         Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and products.

 

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

·         2-4 years of experience in product management, project management, or related fields. Proven experience in managing parts of a product lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams.

·         User Experience (UX) Understanding

·         Data-Driven Decision Making

·         Understanding Agile Methodologies

·         Stakeholder Management

·         Knowledge of SQL

·         Knowledge of Strategic Thinking

·         Knowledge of Programming
