Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer to design and implement robust infrastructure architectures, ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of our applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing infrastructure observability through the implementation of monitoring and alerting best practices, as well as strengthening system security by managing VPN infrastructure, access control, and monitoring for public-facing applications.

Deploying required third-party services with optimal configurations.
Managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
Implementing comprehensive monitoring and alerting stacks to improve system observability.
Implementing infrastructure-level security initiatives and best practices.
Implementing and maintaining a centralized logging stack to facilitate developers’ work.
Troubleshooting potential system crashes in collaboration with the Development team.
Managing planned downtimes for infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
Monitoring network traffic and firewall configurations to ensure system security and stability.
Communicating effectively with the Development team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience.
At least 3 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Core DevOps Practices with demonstrated ability to implement them across operational environments.
Strong expertise in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters.
Proven experience in System Administration and infrastructure troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of security principles and the ability to enforce best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or C), complemented by solid system programming skills.
Practical experience with GitOps methodologies for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management and automation.
Familiarity with designing and implementing robust disaster recovery strategies.
Effective Communication skills, ensuring clarity with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High degree of Self-motivation and a strong result-oriented approach in task execution.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong Accountability and efficient Project Management of technical initiatives.
High level of Adaptability within dynamic work settings.
