شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a detail-oriented and pragmatic Test Engineer to join our team. This role combines structured software testing with frontline technical support for production environments. You will execute test plans, validate system functionality, respond to reported issues, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to uphold a reliable and high-performing platform.

You will be expected to work hands-on with our testing tools, manage issue triage, perform data validations, and support operational activities that keep the system running smoothly. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is comfortable owning quality outcomes.

Duties:

Quality Assurance & Testing

Design and execute test scenarios based on product requirements and specifications.
Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and defects throughout the development lifecycle.
Reproduce and validate issues reported by internal teams or users to ensure accurate root-cause analysis.
Perform UI/UX testing to ensure visual consistency and alignment with design standards.
Maintain clear documentation for testing workflows, test cases, and QA procedures.
Continuously analyse QA workflows and recommend improvements.

Technical Support

Act as the frontline responder for production issues, defects, and anomalies.
Perform initial investigation, debugging, and classification of production issues before escalating to engineering teams.
Respond to support tickets that require manual adjustments or data corrections in the system.
Monitor system behavior proactively to detect potential issues and ensure platform health.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Postman Test Runner.
Practical understanding of automated testing concepts with experience using Playwright.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and test setup.
Experience using task/issue tracking tools such as Jira.
Experience working with test management tools such as TestRail.
