شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Snapp! Box, we are expanding our core infrastructure team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will not only be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the stability, scalability, and security of our critical infrastructure but will also pioneer the design of innovative solutions and provide technical leadership for complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Leadership & Solution Design:     Actively contribute to designing, implementing, and optimizing our infrastructure architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Infrastructure Management & Automation: Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Containerization & Orchestration Management: Design, deploy, and maintain robust Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, optimizing them for microservices execution.
  • Virtualization Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., KVM) for maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Traffic Management & Configuration: Design, implement, and optimize Load Balancers (e.g., HAProxy) for efficient traffic distribution.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Implement and enhance comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and log management systems (using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure service health and enable rapid troubleshooting.
  • Data Services Management: Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and other data services like Redis and Apache Kafka.
  • DevOps Culture Advocacy: Collaborate with and mentor other team members to promote DevOps best practices and culture across the organization.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • A minimum of 5 years of direct and hands-on experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer role.
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:
    • Automation & IaC: Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible.
    • Kubernetes: Hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting K8s clusters in a production environment.
    • Virtualization: Strong understanding of KVM and related concepts.
    • Load Balancing: Proven experience in configuring and optimizing HAProxy or similar solutions.
    • Networking & Storage Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) and storage systems.
    • Databases: Working experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
    • Monitoring & Observability: Proficiency in setting up and using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Event Streaming platforms like Apache Kafka.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, RHCE).
  • Experience working in Agile and large-scale environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex root cause analysis.
