شرح موقعیت شغلی

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the management and innovation of our product solutions, encompassing both first-mile/mid-mile and last-mile operations. Your expertise will guide the product through its entire lifecycle, adapting to the evolving needs of users and business stakeholders with agility and foresight.
Duties:


  • Navigate through ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, applying agile and lean methodologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to inform product strategy and decision-making, turning insights into actionable product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success, aligning with broader company goals and customer expectations.
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive understanding and commitment across the organisation.
  • Identify and prioritise product enhancements and new features based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market research.
Requirement:


  •  Proven experience in product management within enterprise-level environments, with a focus on e-commerce platforms and solutions.

  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distil complex data into strategic insights.
  •  Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and driving consensus.
  •  A resilient and adaptable mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities in a fast-paced industry.
  •  Demonstrated leadership capabilities, guiding teams with clarity and purpose, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must.
  • Background in e-commerce, and demonstrating a history of successful product launches is a plus
