شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire feature lifecycle, starting with planning and OKRs, all the way to managing backlog and agile iterations.
2. Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
3. Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product
4. Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
5. Make products work for users with different personas via continuous feedback gathering and data analysis
6. Translate business strategy into product strategy & execute it
7. Defining MVPs and validating requirements throughout customer feedback
8. Work closely with engineering, design, data, operation, etc. to determine what features to build next.
9. Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
10. Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of prior experience working in a PM role
2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive the management of product
4. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
5. MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent preferred
6. Complete Understanding of software product life cycles
