شرح موقعیت شغلی

Senior Account Management Specialist's duty is to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This role oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients, and actively seeks new opportunities. A successful Senior account management Specialist should collaborate with our BD and support teams to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run. Job

Responsibilities

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
● Monitoring all medical services processes and order journeys to hit the most F-rate.
● Checking the process of order delivery quality by performing daily follow-ups and taking surveys to check all the given SLAs were met.
● Responsible for handling all financial, technical needs requested from business partners.
● Get involved in all projects of the organization for the accomplishment of the company’s strategies and goals Shifts,

Working hours:

● Normal Shift, Sat - Wednesday 9 - 18
● Available during off-shift hours.

● Communication skills
