شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team at SnappKitchen. This position is part of our Operations team and focuses on ensuring projects are defined meticulously, are running according to agreed timelines, all stakeholders are aligned and results are delivered.

Job Description:

Preparing and developing a schedule for project execution using appropriate tools.
Preparing financial analysis, weekly and monthly progress and reports for management and stakeholders.
Communicating with the data team to create performance monitoring dashboards providing reliable insights and visualization of KPIs, projections and historical performance.
Highlighting and reminding issues and delays caused to the team and following up with different teams to ensure project meets timelines and goals.
Researching and analyzing strength and weaknesses of operations, finding root problems and areas needing enhancement, developing and executing improvement projects.
Helping drive improvements in business performance related to Operations’ lines’ service level and utilization.
Reviewing historical trends, researching sources and evaluating forecast results to identify the gaps and providing insight and recommendations to management on how to improve dispatching and production processes, and decrease supply risks.

Requirements:

MS/BS in industrial engineering, computer science or other related fields.
Advanced skills in Microsoft office especially in MS Excel and MS Project.
Strong Problem solving skills.
Superior analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Strong performance-driven mindset, self-responsibility and self-management skills.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Skills in Power BI and Python or R is an asset.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous.
