شرح موقعیت شغلی

Manages logistics and operation resources data and budgeted costs, forecasting needs and requirements as necessary.
Review new procedures/controls and appraise the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and work with the Department Managers and Supervisors to resolve any issues that might arise during implementation phases
Prepare logistics and operational dashboard and scorecard through different channels.
Provide solutions through problem-solving activities to address ongoing barriers to delivery
Support in preparing updates and supporting documents.
Provide essential research, reports, and presentations.
Data Analytics, comfortable working with number.
Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.
Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
Define initiatives to improve distribution network and best practice accommodating flexibly for the commercial operations team
Monitor and review the success of implementations on a continuous basis and leading process optimization.
Identify opportunities and gaps to improve the quality and efficiency of the operational teams and work through standardization and automation.

Requirement:

Three years experience of data analyze, continues improvement, reporting, dashboard experience in the field of warehouse, logistics and distribution.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, Power BI, Visio and MS office.
Analytical Thinking and data-driven with and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for your team.
Prior working experience in E-Commerce, FMCG or retails industries is preferred.
Problem solver, self-motivated and hard-working. Proactive and able to work under pressure.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or MBA graduate is preferred.
Teamwork and multitasking.
