Snapp Doctor Commercial Analyst is responsible for gathering commercial and operational data about different services, and providing assessments and analysis of the data. Commercial Analysts sit within different teams of a company and assist in driving the positive performance direction of a company.

Job Responsibilities

A business analyst's daily job duties include identifying business issues, collecting and recording data, analyzing data, and evaluating and presenting data solutions. They work with several groups including customer service management, product development, business operations, and business clients.

Gathering and analyzing data
Interpreting gathered data
Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data
Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs
Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization
Responsible for execution of DATA topics assigned and coordination with stakeholders
Customer segmentation and user profiling
Rigorous AB and multivariate testing
Provide detailed and timely reports
Work closely and proactively within team on DATA topics

Shifts, Working hours:

Normal Shift, Sat - Wednesday 9 - 18
Available during off-shift hours.
Time-flexibility is a must

Education:

Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Business Analytics, MBA, Engineering, Statistics

Skills and Qualifications

Data driven / analytic mindset
Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Decision-Making Skills.
Python or R Programming
Creation of Reports and Dashboards.
Basic data querying skills with SQL
Self-educator; taking extra steps to learn new tools
Time and workload management
Preferred 2-3 years of experience
