شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Job Description
 We are looking for a QA Manager to own the technical and strategic direction of our QA team. You will collaborate with engineers who work on different technologies, Product Managers, and Product designers to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. You will lead a team that is instrumental in delivering high-quality releases of our fast-growing products

Responsibilities 

● Provide technical leadership and management to perform software quality assurance analysis and Testing 
● Work with cross-functional peers to develop manual and automated test suites for existing (and new) features 
● Prepare, Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports based on functional and technical 

requirements 

● Prepare task estimations, project plans, metrics, and documents to meet timelines and budget 
● Train, guide, and provide career feedback for QA testers and test engineers 
● Design, create and maintain reusable and representative test data to support product development 
● Define and maintain QA reporting/dashboards for all Testing activities Skills And Qualifications 
● Experience leading a QA or Software Development team 
● Experience managing projects and processes cross-functionally 
● Experience building and maintaining infrastructure for automated Testing 
● Great interpersonal and communication skills 
● Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution 
● Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating, and developing the best quality-minded individuals 
● Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on multiple platforms 
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success 
● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
● Good team player that is enthusiastic about delivering results
