شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an eCommerce Product Manager responsible for managing the development of products that facilitate online selling. They work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that each new product is well-designed, functional, and meets customers' needs.

Responsibilities

● Managing the relationship with suppliers to ensure that they can meet demand and provide high-quality products.
● Creating a product strategy for existing or new products based on market trends, sales performance, customer feedback, and industry changes.
● Working closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to increase sales.
● Developing relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
● Evaluating pricing strategies to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive rates in the marketplace.
● Analyzing data to determine the impact of marketing campaigns on product performance to improve future efforts.
● Creating visual mock ups of new products using computer software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
● Developing a strategic business plan for each product based on projected costs, profit margins, and target customer groups.
● Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessment for current and future products aimed at maximizing revenues and margins.
● Present market requirements, trends, competitive landscape, product roadmap, pricing and packaging options, cost model, and P&L to the executive team.

● Strong commercial and operational mindset, constantly focusing on delivering value to customers.
● Experience working closely with partners in developing joint solutions.
● Proven ability to successfully manage the product lifecycle of complex solutions.
● Ability to work with senior management and technical teams to produce world-class products.
● Strong delivery focus, ability to work by objectives and against targets.
● Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
● Strong presentation skills with the ability to get complex messages across clearly and concisely.
● Strong leadership and storytelling skills.
● Strong industry and product understanding and knowledge with a real passion for mobile gaming and entertainment.
● Experience managing a budget.
