Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, SMS marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

This position is ideal for a candidate with at least one year of experience in digital marketing who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced marketing team.
Duties
Assist in Digital Campaigns:

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Help create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop marketing materials.

SEO & Website Optimization:

Assist in keyword research and basic on-page SEO optimizations.
Help monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
Support the creation of blog posts and content marketing efforts.

CRM Marketing:

Help design and execute SMS marketing campaigns.
Track SMS campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain and update customer lists and segmentation.

Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor and report on campaign performance (engagement, conversions, ROI).
Assist in competitor research and market analysis.
Use data insights to suggest marketing improvements.
Requirements (Education, Age, Background, …)
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or related roles.
Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and SMS marketing strategies.
Preferred Competencies (Technical and Behavioral)

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO.
Understanding of social media marketing and scheduling tools.
Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
