شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Head of Accounting oversees the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial processes. This role involves preparing monthly financial statements, managing payroll, and overseeing taxes, VAT, and SSO obligations. Responsibilities include controlling sales and purchase invoices, preparing managerial reports, and collaborating on financial statement preparation. The Head of Accounting will be the significant interface with auditors in preparation for annual audits. This role demands strong leadership to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all accounting procedures while supporting the organization's financial health. 

Here are the details of the responsibilities for this role:

• Supervising the accounting team and accounting procedures, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.

• Preparing monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements

• Ensuring that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis

• Responsible for payroll and all related affairs

• Controlling sales and purchase invoices

• Preparing and analyzing managerial reports

• Identifying and implementing accounting process and system improvements

• Responsible for all taxes and SSO obligations

• Providing a statement of VAT and seasonal TAX reports

• Managing and adjusting the discrepancy statements related to the accounts with other companies or contractors and customers

• Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation of annual audits

 

Requirements


• At least 7 years of related experience

• Strong computer skills, in MS Office, especially Excel

• At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• Good knowledge of Tax and SSO

• Teamwork and Communication skills

• Leadership skills

• Familiarity with ERP system is  an advantage
